Lakeland Concrete Polishing & Epoxy Flooring provides residential and commercial concrete flooring services including, but not limited to, epoxy floor coatings, polished concrete, stained concrete, garage floor coatings, pool deck coatings, concrete resurfacing, concrete sealing, and related surface preparation services. All work is performed in FL and surrounding areas as agreed upon in writing.
We reserve the right to decline any project request at our discretion.
All estimates are provided free of charge and are based on an on-site assessment of your space. Written estimates reflect the scope of work as observed at the time of the visit. Final pricing may be adjusted if conditions discovered during the work - such as hidden moisture damage, pre-existing coatings that require additional removal, or structural issues not visible during the estimate visit - materially change the scope. We will communicate any such changes to you before proceeding with the additional work.
Estimates are valid for 30 days from the date issued unless otherwise stated in writing.
Once a project is scheduled, we ask for at least 48 hours notice if you need to reschedule or cancel. Cancellations with less than 48 hours notice may result in a cancellation fee to cover scheduling and material costs already incurred.
We reserve the right to reschedule due to weather conditions, equipment issues, or other circumstances outside our control. In such cases, we will notify you as early as possible and offer the next available date.
Before our crew arrives to begin work, you are responsible for:
