Our Story

Lakeland Concrete Polishing & Epoxy Flooring was founded in 2015 by a crew that had spent years watching concrete floors get coated the wrong way - jobs that looked great on day one and started peeling before the next rainy season. We started this company in Lakeland because we knew we could do it better, and because there was real demand from homeowners and business owners who had been burned before.

Lakeland is not an easy place to do concrete work. The humidity stays high most of the year, afternoon thunderstorms roll through almost daily from June through September, and a lot of the housing stock here is older - slabs from the 1960s and 70s that have decades of moisture and wear baked into them. We learned early that skipping moisture testing and rushing surface prep are exactly how you create a floor that fails. So we built our process around doing those steps right, every time.

Since 2015, we have worked on residential garages, commercial warehouses, retail spaces, pool decks, and everything in between - all across Lakeland and the surrounding Polk County communities. We are a local company. Our crew lives here, we know this area, and our reputation depends entirely on the work we leave behind.
